Works based. That's why they don't preach Yeshua's words. But it's based on love. Once you have the love of God growing in your heart, compassion for others naturally sprouts. It isn't a chore anymore

I was always taught that it wasn't that you could just confess Jesus with your mouth but then live anyway that you want. If you do that then you must not have been resentful of your sins thus isn't aren't truly saved. But that was more about refraining from "sin" than the way you treat others. I knew people would not dare to cuss and would look down on somone who does, yet they will badmouth a fellow church member and feel no issue with it
@AaronAbke8 сағат бұрын
Yes. This is actually another huge issue in Christianity. Their theology is totally inconsistent. Christianity has bifurcated into over 30,000 some odd denominations (I’ve heard the latest census taken clocks in now at 40k+ denominations), all which disagree on exactly what constitutes “salvation”. It is a completely inconsistent and fragmented message. One church will say you only have to believe, but if you sin that means you “don’t really believe”, so you’ll still go to hell. Other denominations say that you are saved by confession and works, others say as long as you confess even once you are saved regardless of what you do after the fact. It is a huge mess. This is what happens when a religion divorces itself from its original source.

One deep thought I’ve been pondering lately… Maybe when he says, I was in prison and you didn’t visit me, I was hungry and you didn’t feed me, really meant spiritually? John 6:63 says the Spirit is in his words. So maybe this means visiting those who are bound or in prison by giving them the proper words. Maybe feeding the hungry really means feeding the truth to those who are really seeking it?

Wonderful teaching Aaron. Pointing out the Gospel of Jesus as compared to the Gospel of Paul is excellent. I understand the present Pope Francis and John Paul 11 better. They are/were teaching the Love of Christ but not fully accepted by traditional Catholics who need to watch/read videos on the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus speaks in the way I have seen in many Near Death Experiences NDE. Jesus is never judgemental. He is just teaching us how to accept God into our hearts and leave no room for evil. We need our actions to witness to those that still have evil in their hearts.

That was so beautiful Aaron ❤ thank you 🙏🏻 I totally agree ❤️ my most recent spiritual breakthrough was when I realised that every trigger - every moment, situation or person which triggers in us a reaction that’s less than loving, is delivered to us by the Divine order exactly for the purpose of practicing a loving attitude until loving attitude is ALL that we have. It was such a profound moment for me when I realised this. It’s completely changed how I relate to life now. And this applies to all virtues - whatever triggers your impatience is an opportunity to practice patience, whatever triggers a fear in you is an opportunity to practice courage, whatever triggers anger in you is an opportunity to practice kindness, resentment is there to cultivate forgiveness, judgement is there to help you cultivate mercy. It’s that simple. Once you start looking at every challenging situation from an angle of ‘what quality am I called here to embrace in this moment and practice?’, the purpose of life becomes so clear. Everything looks different. Everything looks Divine ❤

Very good teaching Aaron. I am excited and proud to see that the father is drawing you to the Messiah. The true Messiah. There is so much more of the onion to peel. 2000 years of deception layer upon layer upon layer. The greatest travesty that we could commit to ourselves and others is to think that it’s only one or two or three layers but rather it is hundreds. One revelation people must come to the knowledge of first is that the Lord Jesus Christ is our savior and Lord and he is the only Messiah (voice) We are to listen to. We must also know as his disciple that he binds us to the law of Moses and the prophets. As we learn this and we study Isaiah 56 and we unravel all the darkness and leaven that Paul and the Church have baked in us, We will finally come to the full knowledge and redemption plan of the one true YHVH ELOHIM through his Messiah. YESHUA. When we return to the instructions and law of Moses, the teachings and instructions of the prophets, and follow the life model and total words of the messiah we will truly be the children of YHVH. I am also glad that you were joining in this fight, I too share the kingdom of Heaven separate from Paul as he is a false prophet.

25:15 How do you reconcile Jesus' promise to the thief on the cross, who believed but performed no good works? “Jesus never equates salvation to a mental assent, but always and only to the condition of your heart and the good works you do to prove that you love God.” Luke 23:39-43 40 But the other rebuked him, saying, “Do you not fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly, for we are receiving the due reward of our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” 42 And he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” 43 And he (Jesus) said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

What exactly does "salvation" mean, and salvation from what??? Is it even the correct interpretation of the original word used by Jesus, based on all the other things that He said. If we "Are Made in the Image of God", and as Jesus said: "THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU". Why would it be "salvation" that is required??? Why would not be "RECOGNITION" or "CONSCIOUS AWARENESS" of this (who and what you are) that is required??? The "KNOW THYSELF" idiom. Or as in some other terminologies: "ENLIGHTENMENT"???

You are right to the absolute! You just said something that 20 years ago I realized, and that is I did not like Paul's Jesus. The Jesus Paul encountered on the Damascus road is none other than Dionysus, the "destroyer of families." Paul would have us worship a naphal, inprisioned in the bottomless pit. Yahoshua is a different story, he is worth our praise for he kept the Father's law.
@AaronAbke8 сағат бұрын
Yes! In fact, the like in Acts 26 where “Jesus” says to Saul, “why are you persecuting me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads”, is an almost direct quote from the famous Greek tragedy play “The Bacchae” by Eurippides, Dionysus says to a King named Pentheus, “it is hard for you to kick against the goads”. He is addressing the idea that Penthus is using his feeble human strength to resist Dionysus’ divine power. A perfect parallel to what Jesus was, in effect, saying to Paul in Acts

@@AaronAbke Dionysus is the god Jews were forced to worship by getting his oak leave brand, 3 Maccabees 2:29 and 2 Maccabees 6:7. Most Xians today do not realize that they are the religion of the antichrist. Anti does not mean against, but in place of. In Rev 13 when the beast of the earth has them worship he first beast, that beast is not the first beast of chapter 13, but the first beast of Revelation which is found in chapter 9! One day you will look in the mirror and realize the beast is in the mirror staring back at you. There will not be a great falling away as Paul said, but the greatest doubling down in human history. The truth is in the bible but few are brave enough to open their eyes and see. That truth is Xians are the army of the beast who comes from the bottomless pit, and the whore of Babylon is rabbinic (talmudic) Judaism. Muslims are no better off. The only way to the Father is through His torah, that was perfected through Yahshua.

I watch alot of James Tabor on KZbin. He is a lifelong biblical historian and retired professor. He goes into the original Greek and Aramaic and shows us where various things were misinterpretted or mis translated. Just one example, in the temple when Jesus flips the tables and claims that they had made God's temple a den of thieves. James says that the word that Jesus used in place of thieves is a word that in that language refers to a tearing or shredding. He says it's used in another place in the bible referring to an animal devouring it's prey. No in essence, the correct translation would've been "You are making God's house into a den of flesh shredding or something. What Aaron said that reminding me of that was the mention of Eve and the serpent. In the original OT text, the word for the sake meant the shiny one, like a metal sines. It was not a serpent originally I guess

I wish there was a more clear way to distinguish what they meant by “Law” in every passage. My intuition has always read Paul saying that Jesus rendered the Law obsolete was a reference to Jewish Law, meaning the almost satirical 613 commandments in the Torah. Honestly, I still read it that way because it does make sense what he would mean by that. But then you have Jesus saying, “Do unto others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets”. And we know very well that has nothing at all to do with Jewish Law. People use these remarks to defend the Torah to the death even though it contains many ungodly things. And Jewish Law contains everything except anything that really matters in terms of the spirit. “No wearing clothes of mixed fabrics.” “The escaped slave gets to stay.” “Stoning for disobedient kids.” “Cover your poop in the desert.” What exactly do you think Paul meant by “the Law” then if not the Jewish Law? I’m becoming more concerned about showing how it’s also the Torah that is incompatible with Jesus and the god that I know, because that’s where I see people turn away from god. And honestly rightfully so. Based on Leviticus and Deuteronomy especially.
@AaronAbke8 сағат бұрын
You are correct. Jesus and his followers did not believe the 600+ liturgical laws were given from Moses, but were man made laws that corrupted the Torah, from “the lying pens of the scribes” (Jer 8:8). Jesus’ idea of the jewish Law was strictly the 10 commandments of Moses, and most chiefly, the 1st commandment alone which fulfills them all. Eusebius, the Father of church history confirms this in his volume, “Proof of the Gospel”. "He [Jesus] did not participate in sacrifices or require them, nor did He command the observance of bodily circumcision, nor any other of the various precepts of Moses, except the spiritual laws, which He bade us observe." -Eusebius, Proof of the Gospel 1.10, 360 AD.
@stanley241259 минут бұрын
@@AaronAbke Also as RA pointed out in LoO that those 10 commandments were negatively influenced when given to Moses (e.g., "thou shall not"), but Jesus was so positively oriented and smart to turn those into one simple commandment - "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, soul, and mind" and "love thy neighbor as thyself."

“Works” Such a tricky word, works. “Works” is the hang-up word of Christians. Even though I knew what you meant, and where you were going with saying and using that word, I still heard my religion’s definition of it in my mind. I was trained that “Works” were a list of “chores” or commandments that I was responsible for doing and checking off the list, daily. “Works” are not chores. “Works” is not a checklist of things that IF you complete them, then you have faith and LOVE. NO! “Works” are the results of the faith and LOVE. “Works” are the fruit, the outcome from living out a life of LOVE. I will never again use the word “works” for it confuses too many people, especially today’s Christians. Despite the use of the word “works”, this is the best explanation and truth of why I left organized religion. I’ve never before found a way to explain it with facts, truth, and completeness as you have here. I will save this video to share with anyone who asks for me to explain why I left. ❤

Yes, according to e-Sword) me will ALSO DO THE WORKS THAT I DO; and GREATER WORKS than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” John 14:12 “If I had not done among them THE WORKS (WORDS) that NO ONE ELSE DID, they would NOT BE GUILTY OF SIN, but now they have seen and hated both me and my Father.” John 15:24 “Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a GOOD CONVERSATION HIS WORKS with meekness of wisdom.” James 3:13

Love is Correction, Love is Instruction, Love is Reproof. Love is not a feel good emotion. Love from a position of authority is Instruction/Correction/Reproof, and love from a subordinate is obedience. God loved the world he gave his Instruction/Correction/Reproof that whosoever would Obey..... Instruction is loving, correcting is loving. Not letting someone live a lie, is love.

Well Aaron…this video is almost to a “T” what I have come to believe. My first step was allowing myself to believe “if something in the Bible sounds wrong and weird” then Jesus probably thinks the same thing. i’m thinking about sins of the Parents being counted against the children, commanding of genocide and rape by God (against your enemies)…on and on it goes. Then i focused on the actual things Jesus taught (while ignoring contradictions from Paul and other supposed men of God). I also embraced the idea that The Father is interested in All People (“if anyone has my commandments and keeps them, he loves me and My Father and I will love him and will disclose ourselves to him) my paraphrase. Still hanging onto the faith in a loving God❣️

Jesus said if I be lifted up I will draw all men unto myself it’s all about love yes I was almost on this path of enlightenment but I had some weird things happen and decided to hold on to my child like faith like Paul didn’t have those 4 gospels he also gave permission to not believe him because he said though we or an angel preach anything other than you received let him be accursed so contrary to the arguments if Paul had those teachings from Jesus in the red letter he would have said believe Jesus. But love said I chose to accept all men by forgiving all men because it is given to us no such thing as a fake Christian he came in the flesh that’s a good one too and I he says lay my life down nobody takes it from me but we don’t want murder in our hearts either that’s why he said I do it because I choose to do it but I left the church crying because I don’t see a reason to be proud or to rejoice James said all such rejoicing Is evil no respect of persons rather love for the lowly the same love isn’t arguing rather letting go and forgiving and loving. I was baptized in water in his name because when I was born my dad had me circumcised when I was little Paul said that was given to Peter and that’s when my whole world turned to Jesus teachings and changed me almost a outward work of understanding it’s not my works but the works of love conversion

Aaron, perhaps you should study the Roman Catholics, Eastern Orthodox and Anglo Catholics theology. I Think you will find a theological home.

Carefull with mind, it is a duplicate actor. What God gives, mind also can give. But what comes from mind is falsehood

Those verses are supposed to bother you or anyone who reads them. Tell me where it says understanding will come easily. Because it's not about mere intellectual harmony. It's about a WALK. The verses begin to make sense when we walk . . . and mortify the flesh. Also called suffering.

Most of the modern christians today, especially fundamentalism, model themselves after Paul, not Jesus.

Paul admitted that he was a crafty fellow who took in people by lies and deciet in the verses of 2 Corinthians 12:16 and Romans 3:7. Jesus message was simple. Love God and everyone else. If you do this you will enter into everlasting life. He also said labor not for the food that perishes, but we are to seek the Kingdom of Heaven first and everthing else that alligns with Gods will, will be added into us. However Paul himself was not evil. He just knew that playing devil's advocate would be the most effective way to spread the gospel. That is why he was broken without hand. He defeated his own arguments. However you have to really understand why Paul was lying.

My questions got real complicated for the priests in just book 1 genesis and then so many more. “Let US create man in OUR image” Who is US and OUR? What you mean Satan and God made a wager about Job.. isn’t Satan banished in hell? Do they have a hotline where they talk shit to each other? How do they communicate after banishment into eternal torment? Isn’t infanticide wrong no matter how it’s dished out considering infants are innocent… 🤔 snakes speak human languages? Why present yourself to one man and put him through mega shit when you could just instantly shut down any false idol worship immediately by making a appearance to everyone just once and it would shut all that shit down… but no pick one man and have him explain to everyone a burning bush told him xyz….
