I'm so glad I found you. I was an Evangelical Christian for many years. I loved Jesus but was considered disruptive through my questions. Since I left my church I have always stayed close to Jesus, but have always felt slightly guilty. This is helping me lots. Thank you Aaron and love to everyone.

It's good to hang on to Jesus or more particularly have him hang onto you and abandon all the nonsense of Church that has nothing to do with Christ but this does not mean that Christ is not among his people despite their faults. This mystical stuff is not going help you or anyone. Hold on to Jesus he will lead you to his true Church which is his Bride. He is to be found.

@@Metamathmatics Once you have an experience(s) of God it is virtually impossible not to talk about it. In the beginning, I hesitated to share on my channel but scripture is clear on what we are called to do. Everything is within so realizing that, the seeking stops. I have varied experiences but never consider relenting (putting on the old garment again). If anything, tracking the experiences and piecing together the symbolism and timing is the only thing, that at times can feel overwhelming.

YAH is our Father. He created us to have a relationship with Him, not a religion. He did send His son YAHoshua to save us from our sinful, egotistical nature. We are able to overcome ANY temptation through the Ruach Ha'Qodesh, and be more & more Like YAHoshua Ha'Mashiach every day. I agree that YAHoshua was not Jewish, He was Hebrew. He was raised by earthly parents that followed Jewish traditions. As you already stated, YAHoshua & the Father are one, He did everything the Father did, which means He celebrated the Shabbat & followed the Torah, vbecause the Father did as well. I AM a follower of YAHoshua Ha'Mashiach. I followed the Way, the Truth & the Light. He is my Life. As for your comment about His vocabulary being limited because of their time, I respectfully disagree. He said what He meant and He meant what He said. Scriptural translators have used the wrong translations over the years & the many Bible versions, but the Ruach Ha'Qodesh will bring to your understanding what He wants you to know. I'm a Christian, but haven't been in church for over a year because moving and job chnages....through all of that I still had my relationship with God, read my Bible, prayed, meditated, but was I was excited to get settled and in a church home again. It's the same structure but from a certain perspective that some people no longer need. That's ok, but it doesn't make religion something that was created for control and manipulation. It's simply untrue. Just because something can be used for such things does not meand it was created for that purpose. Without religion societies can not function. Without symbolification of our union we can't stay together. At least not in 3D.

You can start by reading A Course In Miracles. It is just one way that I discovered corrects the problems introduced by the Church and religion. It is also helpful to consider that when, in ACIM, it mentions "I", the reference is to the Christ Consciousness in you and not the personage of Jesus. Metaphor is an important part of both ACIM and the Bible.

On more than two occasions when i was meditating deeply on the feeling of I AM, I arrived at the experience of pure ecstasy felt in my body like waves of electric shocks and immesurable pleasure that cannot be described with words. It was spontaneous and abrupt, my body convulsed briefly which took me out of the meditative state. All it took to experience this was to simply FEEL into the words I AM. Practising being an empty space during meditation, just feeling into the pure vibration of your body, the energy that you are, has been key for me to realise I AM ALL THAT IS, because all that is is just pure energy, conscious of itself. Quantum physics is catching up with this now... I was also blessed and privileged to have a spontaneous OBE over a couple of years ago now in my sleep, in which the words I AM penetrated through me followed by the experience of eternity, infinity and peace beyond comprehension. I think regular long meditations allowed for that to happen.

God works within you more fully when you completely let go. Not a single thought. Just exist with him. Thats where he does his work. Sometimes you’ll achieve 1-3 seconds at a time but it will grow.

In the first sentence you confirm your 'being there', which is right here and right now. The love you experience ís you being where you so dearly want to be, and this is always, and eternal. We have been, and will always 'be there'. We never have been anywhere else. We will never be anywhere else. In the second half you illustrate how, and why you feel that you are separated from it. It shows perfectly how immediately close these two are. How close yóu are. Fear interfering, opposing love. The 'grasping', trying to understand. For me, one of the most important and essential qualities of the unconditional love that is at the centre of our attention here, is that I do nót need to understand, or 'grasp' it first, for me to be fully emerged by it. There is nothing I have to do, or nót do, but invite it. Open up to it. Open my heart. The impulse to try to understand has been one of my main blockages for a long time. The love that is here embraces everyone, and everything, it embraces and lifts all of my fears. Despite the fact that I'll probably never grasp or understand. The most wonderful and fascinating of paradoxes. Being fully aware of the fact that this 'me' going through 'my' life in fact mainly is about an entirely impersonal, infinite, eternal 'presence'. A presence that is Love. A Love that is far beyond my comprehension. Dear Ashley Konowalski, I'd like to say to you, that God is here, ánd you are here, ánd that actually, there is nó difference. There is no distance. There is no separation. You may let go of all the grasping. You are where you longed to be. You have arrived, and you have never left. 🕊

Looking back it is on the one hand hard to understand how this, while so desperately searched for, so deeply longed for and desired, could have been so totally overlooked. On the other hand it is ever so clear, because of the fundamental 'ordinary' nature of it. It comes with the misconception that it should be something outside and other than 'me', while it is in fact totally and entirely 'me', and every other 'me' perceived as every apparent 'you' around. There's no choir of angels, no heaven's gates, no heroic homecoming. Just this deep, this silent, this eternal peace. There is nothing more fulfilling. It is glory. No more questions. No more need for any answers. There never has been any solid question anyway, as far as this is concerned. This is, despite every question, answered or unanswered. Love is. God is. Hallelujah.

This particular episode reminds me of the Saint Francis prayer where, in essence, he says for it is in death that we are born into eternal life, or something close to that. My interpretation of that prayer, Aaron, is that we have to die in order to live at least our ego has to die :-), but as you say you can’t really kill anything that doesn’t truly exist, and then it starts to get kind of soupy for me after that, which is why I love your content. You make it so much easier for me to ingest/digest, interpret, process and then deploy . More to the point I get the message and it’s beginning to manifest for me in my life AND in my relationships with my creator, friends and family, and all the people that I let into my life. Thank you again for producing and delivering such amazing content, Aaron. I am modeling my KZbin channel after yours‘, which is pretty much the highest compliment I could ever pay you. Wow! It's like supporting religion & dis-sing it at the same time! I've studied theology most of my life; Christian theology I learned intensely for 10 years, formally for 3. Isn't it that whole "ego death" premise that causes skepticism with most major religious tenets - rather than religious ideology that perpetuates this? I talk with my wife about this. I've always been inclined towards universality, personally, because humans seem to have more in common than not. My wife asked me, "Have you ever been to an art class?" I said, "No." She said, "In an art class, you can have 40 people painting the same thing, looking at the same thing, and end up with 40 different and unique interpretations." Her point in contrast to mine is individualism as it pertains to spirituality. All nearly 8 billion humans all have distinctly unique fingerprints, retinas, and more. While in my mind, this only points more towards the magnanimity of the infinite, it does contrast that concept of "deny yourself". It's the denial of self that is this ego death, is it not? And in so denying our uniqueness, our distinct gifts (given to give back anyway, as it were), are we not then denying our purpose both individually & collectively? And, of course I know all about The Gospel of Thomas. It's deuterocanonical, like several other books...some would say apocryphal. I see the mere existence of these texts being "subtext" (lol) to ultimate Being. I like your presentation a lot, but there's also a pretty big reason the books of Scripture are canonized the way they are. The Gospel of Thomas did not meet the criteria in decisions during several early eccumenical councils. I see and contemplate on the "I AM" presence quite a bit. While certainly we are connected and flowing through all things (like the Force!), we were actually born into individual units that are each distinct and original. That's the argument with the Mrs! My own observations seem to reveal that denial of self must needs be the end lesson, because in the end we ultimately have no choice. I do not, however, understand the need for concupiscience nor endless separate discovery in the meantime! Thanks for posting! And for reading my silly ongoing. 🌲☮💚🙂🎶
