Another stellar video! I always appreciate you taking one for the team with your water tests! And I'm realizing your musical taste is quite eclectic, so I feel a connection to you in that way also. With the great offerings from Soundcore and Soundpeats, I've never felt the urge to move into Skullcandy territory, but they do seem to have an interesting niche in the market, for sure! And I agree; a cool light up case is still pretty awesome!😊 (Btw, Moondrop has released a budget set of TWSs called the Space Travel! Haven't seen a sound oriented review on them yet, but an interesting offering!)

I'll look into the Space Travel. If Skullcandy can tighten up their SQ and ANC (and keep them consistently good), they WILL scare some of the big guns.

I have others but I definitely feel you, I still go back to the wired ones, man I'm telling you, combined with Power Amp app, a good type c dongle with any Samsung flagship and you can't even listen with volume half way, I got Samsung buds several, Soundcore liberty pro 2 and 3 but these new skull candy rail anc are really showing out. Sadly the I tried 3 different pairs of the Liberty Neo 4 and all of them had issues with the in ear sensor and therefore the ANC stopping frequently. I checked the issue and it seems to be quite common. This ones are way more solid. ANC is not as good but at least they're working properly.

@@gearupaaron there are many earphones coming out, i just bought the rail without anc before watching any review, i had no idea that anker soundcore was a thing and i have no idea why these are better or best, i prb don't make any sense and all earphones are same but i do wish for mabye a full detailed teir list or something... @ thanks for asking! Well, for Christmas I was gifted the skull candy earbud Dime two. And the charger is set to work for Apple devices & Samsung, however, all my adapters in my house don’t work with the charger.

I want to know one thing I bought smoking buds two weeks ago and at starting it worked properly But later one hour when I take my left bud out of my case it worked well, but after that I took the right bud out of the case but it didn't connect may I know what's the reason and when I keep it back in case it's showing blue light which means it's fully charged but taking out from case it's like a dead someone help me with this

Yeah my Skullcandy crushers definitely have trouble with the app. It seems to be a particular annoyance on Android 13. I have the older version, not the first gen but the not the most recent gen. It's not that big of a deal because the app doesn't have much functionality... There's three EQ presets and a personalized preset. But I am pretty skeptical of the advocacy of those personalized hearing test / presets. I feel like they mostly just turn the volume up a little bit to give people the illusion of better sound. I just don't think these consumer facing earbuds genuinely have the technology to take the results of our hearing test and meaningfully create a sound profile that's anything more than a educated guess.

Good point on the hearing tests. It would be great if they followed standardized criteria or something. I've had ones where you can't tell much if any difference; with the ANC 2, I could hear it raise the upper-highs where my hearing isn't the best, so I would call that a win.

Not that good at all. 100 dollars..is overpriced for what you get. Tozo. Offer better sound, much more bass, better app to control the buds..all for under 50 dollars..skip these folks. Gave my pair, to my daughter..go Tozo
