Man, I've only been playing for a couple of weeks or so, but my three houses are really just ugly box cabins with big gaps everywhere (and furniture poking through the walls.) Not only are these builds beautiful, but they really make me think I can build something kind of pretty for myself as well. You are truly the architect of Ark.

I have watched a lot of your builds. I have even built a few of them. I am now currently using one of ur house builds on my ext server. But I must say these tips are some of the top build techniques for pve style. Excellent work. Can’t wait to see what’s next. ( hope it’s floating bridges )

I built a bridge on red ob on island. You could swim tsueso and miss under it. Trick is to have foundations/pillars snapped to each other along the water floor that is snapped to the structure points on land above water. That's how I did it :)

I really love not only the window ideas but also the metal fence with pipes idea. The metal pipes one I had to do when I followed Aarons Raptor Pen Build. These are extremely useful when I need some better build ideas. Btw Aaron I need some possible ideas with fortified walls but pairing it with automatic ballista turrets. Any possible thoughts with this one? Could really use some ideas mate 😊👍

Thanks for the tips, most are speed builds which they're amazing but they don't teach you how to do them. would like to see some where you can't fly around though, trying to get high builds has been annoying on a flyer

Couple questions. 1. What's the point of triple walls? 2. I'm running a private server on a VM with some people with lower end machines. I like building things that have a lot of functionality, like a hanger above for a "fleet" of flyers and elevators. How intensive is this stuff on the server? I know the more structures there are the more the server has to load and remember, but what's the ratio? How much should I limit my builds in order to accommodate for them based on the strain they add? I know it's not possible to find specifics without knowing their machines, but is there a general rule of thumb? 3. Related to the previous, but have you thought about making a series on good looking/practical builds that are structure efficient?

Ok, for you ARK MOBILE USERS: I can confirm the window idea works, also with the triple walls. I have basic Ark, no primal pass or anything special, and I play on iPad. The windows look real nice. I am building yet another base on my single player game, which I don’t need, but I do enjoy the building aspect of this game. Wish I could do the one with the double doors and the stairway, but I only have single door and the damn spiral staircase.

Can you replace triple walls at a later date with better materials as you get access to them or do you have to set them up again? Same question for foundations, if I were to start with a stone foundation and upgrade to metal would it mess up the triple walling?
