Aaron, Hi. Look I have Astra G 1999 year, with engine x18xe1, but I want to change them on X25XE, I have this engine. With X25XE more People install transmission from z20let, F23SRT.But in Russia this transmission is very expensive. Thats why I buy transmission from diesel engine y20dth, F23WR(with alphacode SB). How you think how this engine will be running with this transmission, overclocking 0-100, wouldn't it take a long time??? I want to do a little mod. for engine, install camshafts from X30XE, polish a intake manifold, made the exhaust system from 3 inch tube and install another chip in ECU. With all this mod.,power X25XE will be must increase to 200 H.P.,may be little more.

For the pipework do you use stainless steel exilarch Piping for intercooler The aluminium is quite expensive just wanting an alternative without using a lot worse of silicon joints any ideas

You dont have to use tentioner . You can remove to oil filter and kosten the bolt. That way you can twist the oil filter base a bit and the belt will fit . Thank me latee
