I've heard someone (Thor from Pirate Software, credit where it's due) say that we humans rather love a well-crafted ****post. The same applies, for example, to Dungeons of Dredmor and other cult classic type games. QWOP, Getting Over It with Bennet Foddy, The Stanley Parable.... etc.

@@Aavak I'm not really subscribed to the channel, just found it by looking for people who have played this game, but I do have to admit your commentary is pretty funny and nice for this game. Could we potentially see more? Also a little note but please don't take it the wrong way, I think it could help you with your future videos: You might want to consider lowering game volume just slightly so that it's easier to hear your commentary over characters speaking. That's all :3

The dialogue in the game is great and doesn't stop, and its remarkable there's commentary for almost every interaction. Its a bit like Thank Goodness You're Here in how fast the lines come at you. Its such a wonderfully silly game.

Aah Lucky Tower, a classic flash game, very funny. The sequel was based as hell, too; that's where the teeth mechanic came from, you could get like diamond teeth and stuff. Individual health slots that you could upgrade was actually a really neat idea.

I kind of wonder, at 47:15, is it possible that only this guy attacks you when you drink that potion? I mean, we have more companions, for example the potion lady who warned us about it didn't really come after us and the turtle guy earlier seemed like an very friendly fella so maybe he wouldn't be attacking us either. Just a few thoughts though.

evil wizard tower you must escape, death loses all items and resets all stats, and restarting. sounds roguelike to me. Are you thinking of Roguelite?

@@oak1780 Roguelikes are turn-based and grid-based. This is closer to a roguelite, i.e. it doesn't resemble Rogue (it's a sidescroller) but might use features like RNG enemies, levels, and permadeath.
