There is great respect in South Africa for many Indian cricketers too. When Sachin Tendulkar retired from international cricket, I flew from South Africa to see him play in India. I just loved seeing him play at Centurion and Newlands many times, so I saved money to see him play at the Wankhede. His battle with Allan Donald and later Dale Steyn was riveting. I miss all these great players, but I'm also excited to see the new breed coming through.
