the real answer: we got drunk and high and realised that we're ab fab and decided to create a job were you act high, play people who pretend to be middle upper and drunk and actually get paid for it for a few years in a row! Hilarious!

Yeah. She never wore her real hair. Always a wig. She talked about it in an interview and commentary. Patsy's hair was real except in the 90s episodes when she wore it down with extensions but that was only really the character. Eddie pulls the extension off in the last shout.
