@6ixConfessions3 жыл бұрын
@@jimmymcguire8217 Yes, I must admit that there aren't really any shows that have me in stitches anymore. I even avoid movies that are classified as comedy because most of them are cliche, predictable & not very funny at all.
@misslaura1992 жыл бұрын
Steve Harvey was asked if he'd ever return to do stand up and he said no because of the way the world is now and everyone getting so offended by things he'd end up losing his career because of cancel culture, it's hard for comedians to do a whole show without fear of offending someone no matter how big or small the issue is, I just watched one recently with an English comedian called Jimmy Carr who made a joke about his wifes looks and someone called him out for it in the audience, it's stupid, I also remember going on twitter after George Flloyd was killed and the number of things that people were trying to cancel from movies, to songs, words and even cereals because they were offensive to someones race, gender, sexuality etc is crazy, they even tried to get Little Britain cancelled and people were demanding apologies from Matt Lucas and David Walliams for doing blackface and playing gay and disabled characters, the worlds gone nuts
