I live in GOA and traveled from Maharashtra to GOA & Karnataka & back from February 22nd onwards. Most of the states in INDIA including GOA, there is No need for any tests RT/PCR etc. Just keep your double dose vaccination certificate ready in case if someone asks for it. Traveled between Maharashtra/Karnataka/Goa several times since February till now & so far no one has asked me any test certificates or even vaccination certificates.
