There is something called Snow Tires which is useful for Grip in Snow. These guys are using normal summer tires At least get chain wrap on wheels or grip spikes on wheels

One thing i would like to advice is that, while driving on snow breaks should be avoided and in that case cars can easily slip and slide best thing to do is to just let it go and dont apply brakes, the wheels will keep moving and it will be comparatively easy to manoeuver than locking the wheels and sliding
