It's the vision of HH MBR that - Al Abbar (emaar) and Sultan Bin Suleyem ( Nakheel) followed I remember visiting the economic department Mondays - that was the day - Al Abbar ( heading Ded at the time ) would come down and meet businessman and find solutions to problems

Emaar is delivering very poor quality projects these days . I have bought an apartment in their latest handed over building 52|42 and the quality is absolutely appaling. They lied to us at the time of launch giving us big promises and really poor quality finishes . Be aware before buying from them .
