Ajkal log excercise or mehnat ni krna chahte. Bs comfort zone m rehna chahte hn isika fayda uthake air fryer ka concept agaya. Oil m aj b gaao k log khana bnate hn fir b shehri chuzo se 50 guna jada fit and healthy rehte hn kyuki mehnat karte hn vo. One point i noticed here is you have cooked many dishes above 185° which caused certain cancer causing chemicals to release from coating of material inside and it's not healthy. Increase time and keep temp lower than 185° for healthy cooking.
