I own a Baleno Zeta MT 2022 . There is one issue which nobody has pointed........that is....the rearview mirror is placed bang on the windscreen which puts you in a blind spot when you look at the centre of the screen. I am 5'10, and this placement of the rearview mirror on the windscreen (& not on the roof panel above the windscreen) is bad placement. I would like to know your & owners' feedback if you are owning the new Baleno Zeta MT variant.

The new Baleno looks stunning and the road presence looks amazing as well. What is disappointing is that the CVT has been replaced by AGS ..which in my opinion is inferior when compared with CVT or a traditional torque converter. I had a terrible experience with Celerio AMT and finally had to discard the car and go in for a Hyundai i10 AT. Maruti should rething it's decision to introduce AGS on Baleno when it has categorised Baleno as a premium hatch back.

Desperately waiting for the NCAP rating on this car. If Baleno scores at least a 4 star then it’s definitely a game over for rivals. So basically you had nothing negative to say about the car. I find the front design around fog lamps a bit busy. The interiors especially the triple layered dashboard is plain stupid. I just don't understand the designers of Indian hatchbacks to overdo everything. I have noticed that while reviewing Maruti Cars or Hyundai or Honda cars, don't slam the door for that "safety THUD". That is reserved only for Really Safe cars of TATA and Volkswagen. I think the reviewers already know the truth but don’t spell out.

I purchased altroz i turbo last month, I was afraid that if new boleno would look fabulous then I will be disappointed with my decision of not waiting for it. But i am reaaly happy today that altroz still looks better than this new gen boleno.
