Loving the stout content. No matter how they get done, glad to see them not getting scrapped. Saw my first stout when I was 16 at a pull a part yard and they wouldn't sell it. I bought the grille off of it for wall art. Lucky for me I just picked up a stout for me to start building 18 years later. It's very rough but a bucket list truck of mine as well.

The views may be a little lower on the body swap but clearly a lot of us will watch anything puddin puts out and be happy. How he works is amazing to watch and the final product is always beautiful. Puddin could put out a two and a half hour video of him only shaking a spray can with the sawzall and I’d watch it once. Maybe twice. Possibly three.

Jacob, if you pull the motor out of it, if the water and oil are not mixing. If it's a cast iron block you can drill a hole at the ends of the crack then take a ocy acetlyn torch and heat the block up around 400 degrees and then weld that craxk up. Take a chipping hammer and ping up the weld to loosen tension on the weld. Then cover it with a welding blanket and let it cool slowly over night. And if you get real lucky and it doesn't crack again you'll have it fixed and can still run that motor. And if not just find you like a 22R and put in it with a 5 speed trans. Out of like one of the 80 something models. Then you could find parts for it.

I’m a Ford/4Runner guy, and I’m not into lowered vehicles or mini trucks. I’m here because you’re an awesome wrench and personality, I honestly could not care less what you do with your vehicles. One of my uncles brazed the block on his Ford 8N tractor. He added about 2 lbs of brass to a rather large crack, then cleaned it up with an angle grinder. Last time I was at the farm, that tractor was still running strong. Considering he brazed it back in 1973 or 74 and the last time I was at the farm was 2005, it might be something to look into.

A few of us guessed it was a Stout when it was parked up in the middle garage under a tarp during the garage build episodes. Glad to see it finally. Bummer about the cracked block, but I will second the notion about putting that 2.3L turbo Ford in the thing. I had a friend (RIP Henry) who put one of those into a 1950 F1 pickup, and I'll tell you, that thing scooted. A Stout with one would be STOUT!

The Stout would be more Stout if you swap in that Thunderbird Turbo! I'm just excited you might be working on the LoadStar soon! H8rs gonna H8. Like you say on my favorite t-shirt, 'It'll work or it won't!' I bought me one of those t-shirts, along with 'Mama didn't raise no punk!' Actually, you have the only site that regularly sells shirts in "Okie Size" for us Girthy Oklahoma Boys, and they are actually cheaper than going to DXL for a $40 plain shirt. I just wish they had pockets on the front, but for the price, I will keep buying your cool stuff. Smoky Stout reminded me of Cheech&Chong, "Up in Smoke!" Go Get 'Em, Puddin!

What I think, Jacob Warner, is you got yourself a better Toyota Stout, and you're going to do whatever you want with it, as it should be. You shouldn't give a damn about what anybody else thinks, cuz it's yours. I like the idea of a new chassis and the new dash. That dash is just a lot better. I'm just happy that you're happy. It makes better content when you're working on something you like. I like when you're working on your own stuff just as well as will it starts. That's all I got to say about that.
