What's REALLY freaky is seeing how NEW, BRIGHT AND CLEAN that handmade afghan/comforter is! The guy in the photo? I'm going with 1800s when that was taken, possibly the owner's great grandfather. Weird question but have you ever thought of doing a Google image search for photos found or even create a site for lost family & area where you found them? That would be gold for SO many people! I posted a photo of my great x Civil War era grandfather and have found it claimed in others' family tree which shows me cousins I never knew I had! Henry Rigdon Hill, Sr. People are so unbelievably blessed to have such photographs. Anyway. Thanks for another great piece of art!✌🏼

Have you noticed that all the clocks in the house stopped at 11:11? Here are time stamps: 1:31 1:35 1:53 2:14 7:56. 11:11 is the sign from the angels to say you are protected and being taken care of. I find it interesting that they some of them are not operated by electricity but battery yet the clocks all stopped at 11:11. I like the family photo's and yes I did nottice the rectal syringe lol.

Wow I could've watched longer. A strange house layout. Seems pretty old. Beautiful wood in the house. It didn't strike me as a hoarder's house. So much was neat and tidy. Like a time capsule! For it to be all left behind is truly a mystery to me tho illness must've played a part. It appears a lot of booze was drunk to ward off depression by the sick family member. Cool, cool find Rob!

Jan Warriner - Does not strike me as a hoarder’s house at all either. And I have seen real hoarder’s houses. Nothing like this. This looks more like somebody accumulating things and not being able to keep up on getting rid of old stuff, due to age and health problems, then they died. Probablyhad no relatives, at least not in the US(may have had relatives abroad, but nobody notified them, that happened with a relative of mine, she disappeared on us, we couldn’t find a trace until years after she died, she was probably in a home due to Alzheimers. Glad we finally found out, then also found her grave. Don’t know where she was the last years though).

I love that you bring us so many graffiti free places, that home actually looks in pretty good condition all things considered. You do an amazing job of capturing the feel of a place for us. It seems like there was a long, slow decline in the health of at least one of the residents over time. I really appreciate the sensitivity with which you film these places. The hats got me...they are very 1950s, and the afghans are decidedly 1970s polyester yarn that no moth will eat and nothing will fade. Sad for the cars, they could do with a rescue and restore. You are golden, and your work just keeps getting better all the time. Thanks for this window into a gradual decline...great find. 🖤🇨🇦

You could use it as a movie set. A 1965 Studebaker sedan and a Plymouth Satellite(!1975-76) ??Literally looks like they left on a UFO in 1977, and are Gone like Gomer. That place has no modern stuff at all. That is very unusual. It looks like the Apocalypse was in 1978. and they all moved to another Dimension.

Sad, beautiful video . . . Loved the arrangement of family pictures on the bureau, with the hat hanging nearby. Missed Kristy though 👏🏼😥

Question, do you stage items before you shoot them? Like the crutches and the shoes, were they like that or did you place them there?

What an interesting house. From the stuff left behind it's hard to say who lived there. Thanks for sharing.

I would love to do research on the homes you find like this one. To find out if it’s still in the family, in probate, bought for taxes, no family found yet, bank owned......how old it is, , original owner/builder, etc. that kind of investigating is a passion. I wish you were closer to my State. I would love to do/provide research for you for your videos. Anyway, as always you knocked it outta the park! You definitely have the most professional videos of any explorers I watch. RnK talent is amazing. The editing, always great choice of music, attention you give to your shots, respect for the location, everything! You kids rock it! Blessings! 💕

That looks like about a 1978 Plymouth Fury. Old Mopar police car material, real malaise-era stuff. This place was quite a trip. The Studebaker I'm less familiar with but it looks like a '64 Commander.
