For me it has to be The redhead from pirates of the Caribbean I remember the original audio animatronic from when I first went on it when I was 5-6 I came back a couple years later and I was completely astonished by the new Animatronic I always knew that they weren’t really real and I was actually quite fascinated by them how a couple of servos wires joints and etc. can make a character looks so realistic and I really Enjoy your animatronic videos because I get to know more about the newer animatronics ❤️

From what I heard, none of the bots from Stitch's Alien Encounter could be saved because the building was infested with black mold. Just too toxic to mess around with.

Tom morrow 2.0 I can tell you the original was sold but there is actually a second one I worked for the imagineer that created him (He later made a company called rsi , and is the one who makes those custom phone that are printed on.) but he has the tom prototype in his office as well as one of the old pictures of him that was in the innovations rooms disney gave to him when they were removing everything , he is also the one that created the talking trash can robots and he had made it in less then two days , he has one of the original ones as well in his company warehouse , they are also the ones in charge of making the "real" 25k R2 units you can buy at disney
