A really cool video, Wallie and Kayla! I really like Dollar Tree myself. I'm with you, Wallie. I understand why Dollar Tree went up to $ 1.25. I still shop at Dollar Tree and I find merchandise that I need and use at Dollar Tree. Have a Dollar Treelicious Day!

I miss Babies R Us. It was an amazing store. I love baby items mostly the vintage baby items from the 1970"s and 1980"s. I had a lot of fun just going in Babies R Us, and looking around. Babies R Us was also seen a lot on the tv channel TLC A Baby Story back in the mid to late 1990"s. I miss this store very much, but times change things, and you have to move forward in life. Thank you Wallie and Kayla for this great video.

Good find, good find. You should do merchandise like coffee mugs, tumblers & shirts that says “Look at the front where it says AMES real big”

Yes, I'd turn back the clock and go shopping at Hills with my family in a hot moment! And get my soft pretzel! A HUGE thing to a kid back then!

What's going to happen when lots of stores go abandoned? Where will we have to shop at? Amazon? That isn't cheap. I would hate to see lots of places close down.

There was a, Babies are Us in the Macomb Mall in Roseville, Michigan. The Babies are Us Store is a Micheal's Craft Store. P.S., I pinch pennies, and stretch dimes.

I think the only time I ever went into a Babies R Us was when my then-fiancee and I made a few trips to a nearby store that was closing--conveniently right after our nephew was born. We were able to make a pretty decent haul of cheap clothes for him in their liquidation. We would sometimes check out the BRU section of our local TRU, but that was the only stand-alone Babies R Us where I had ever set foot.

That was a great find. Certainly don't really see abandoned Dollar Trees all that often. Seems like things go right back in places like that. Also, I went back to check the "available" sign in the barber shop/hair salon or whatever's window because I've been playing too much Animal Crossing New Horizons lately and thought it said "Tom Nook" for a second.

Looking at google maps/street view, it looks like that Beauty institute had from dollar tree to the end. Based on the street view it looks like they had salon stations set up for practice.

I’m with Wallie on Dollar Tree raising their prices. I don’t really mind their items costing $1.25. Actually, they have a few things that still cost a dollar. How do they stay in business?! And prices are going up everywhere you go...a definite sign of the times!

$1 changing to $1.25. Means everything went up 25%. You can now only get 75 things for $100. Before you could get 100 items. Huge increase

I'm not too bitter about Dollar Tree raising their prices up a quarter, but I'm still a little annoyed as it caught me by surprise. I remember reading a news article about them doing it before the changed happened, but I refused to believe anything the media says sometimes.

Those who complain about Dollar Tree going from $1.00 to $1.25-it might blow their minds at what Motel 6 costs today (rooms originally $6.00/night, today $39-55+/night)…!

So dollar tree bought family dollar The one in north olmsted was a dollar tree...until they bought family dollar... they also had a location im north olmsted...dollar tree moved in there

Five Below raised there prices. BUT most of there products are still $5. The new items are better and range from $5.99 and up. They also got rid of their cashiers. The difference between Five Bellow and Dollar Tree is dollar tree raised the price by 25% on all their items but a few. Five Below raised their prices on better items in top of the $5 items they have been selling.

So sad to see it like this 💔but I don't watch all your videos on your channel because there not for kids i only watch your Toys Rus video so sad to see this if you broke in you might get kicked out insane. I went to Toys Rus when I was a baby no comeback it's closed forever 😢 but it's been closed for a long time ago. But was so sad but I was sad because I wanted Toys Rus it was open to 1942-2018 but there was a toy store in the mall. I went to but no more Toys Rus anymore no comebacks I see people cry when they see it but then i went when I was a baby I didn't go for the last day closeing day was on Friday I didn't cry but I wasn't happy to see Babies Rus .+ the Shop store is what I think it is. It was abanoned Toys Rus to that s kind was in the Usa .
