Abandoned Barn In Farmingdale New Jersey

I haven't been down in Allaire almost ten years now, don't recall seeing these buildings, but I'll try to find them when I hike there next time I go. Are they down off Allaire Rd. and near Hospital Rd.?

This is on property that belongs to the state park. It used to have a house on the property as well where a state ranger and officials used to live. The barn was used as storage over flow for Allaire.

pretty sad as we used to venture around the property as kids when he lived there. Lots of cool pottery casts as well. Never sure why they were there

Hey Patrick great find for a old farm house it didn't look that disheveled I always wanted to go around and find old abandoned places maybe one day I'll find a place on a whim

Clearly, it's being used for storage. They're going to need a LOT more trailers to hold all of that material.

I don't think this is abandoned. It seems to be a storage house for lumber that has been saved from demolitions. My dad and brothers used to do the same thing. Sometimes, just for the lumber, they would tear down old barns and houses for people then store it all. Dad even kept the nails, hinges, door knobs, ect. then he would use the old wood to build other things. This place is probably just where someone is storing theirs.
