That was my childhood BK. I don't remember it being green inside. I moved away in 1992 so maybe it was redone after that. The steps up through the landscaping are kind of funny because no one ever walked up that way.

The abandoned BK you visited in Marshall, MI is being remodeled into a Dairy Queen. A company also bought the Kmart building and is looking for two tenants to lease to. So excited I don’t have to watch them decay any more.

Being a native New Jerseyan, I've discovered that my fellow motorists in my state have a reason to neglect the use of the turn signal. Since new cars are expensive, most New Jerseyans don't pay for the option to have turn signals. Saves them money, especially since they don't have to buy blinker fluid. 😂😂😂

@@WallieB26 just to let you know my fun fact is I fell in love with North Carolina and New Jersey and I wish to visit there to go to car dealerships go to Hendrick dealers up in Charlotte and ride on South Boulevard in Pineville go to the Value City Furniture on South Boulevard in Carolina Pavilion and Ray Catena in Edison and other car Dealerships in New Brunswick Paramus Upper Saddle River South Brunswick and I just love North Carolina and New Jersey Tennessee Florida Ohio Pennsylvania Texas because the Chevy Tahoe is made in Arlington Kentucky because the Corvette is made in Bowling Green Michigan Illinois California because Kylie Cantrall lives in Los Angeles and West Virginia.

Sir I worked at this Burger King 40 years ago. It was a pretty huge part of my social life. There used to be a salad bar in the lobby. I worked the drive thru window cause I was the only one who knew how to make change. I got my legs burned closing one night when a guy filtering the fryers dropped the hose and all I had on was the miniskirt dress and panty hose and white shoes. Good times. In my dreams(nightmares?) I’m back there working again.

There is an abandoned/vacant BK in Oakland NJ, Rt. 202 by the Shop Rite. It looks a lot like the one in this video. The franchise moved to be with a Dairy Queen just around the corner at least 3-4 years ago.

Visited this former BK very recently. It has a sign in one of the windows that says it has been leased and there was a dumpster by the side of the building. Some of the windows were smashed and are now boarded up. Interestingly, there is a "Danger Asbestos Removal" sign on the front door. Not sure if there's legit remediation or they're just trying to keep people from smashing any more windows and trying to get in.

What a cool old school BK! I love the aesthetics and landscaping! I, as well, like the old school aesthetics of fast food restaurants. I don't like the newer shoe box style fast food restaurants. My thinking is upgrade the kitchen equipment, but keep the old school aesthetics and cool landscaping at fast food restaurants. Have a Burger Kinglicious Day!

I usually do weekend trips here or there and just film a bunch of content while we're out. Even if we just take a day trip somewhere, I will usually get content if I'm feeling up to it. Sometimes I'm not feeling up to filming any videos but when I am, I can get an average of 5 a day. My backlog is pretty big. I'm trying to catch up and not film so many new videos right now but that never works out. LOL I work Monday through Friday so I'm usually limited to the weekend unless it's something in town. I want to refrain from filming new videos with our upcoming Cincinnati trip and Texas trip when we will be there for 2 weeks visiting Kayla's family. I get months of content out of Texas. haha

No, we have not. However a couple of times one going by would see me and stop and ask what I was doing and I explained what I do. And they said as long as I didn't go inside or that I didn't vandalize or anything that they didn't have a problem with me doing a video. One officer, once, even suggested a few more places I could film. LOL!
