Abandoned Camelot Theme Park - November 2014

Thanks very much for all of your comments and taking the time to watch my video! I am currently in the process of editing a September 2015 video, which shows my last ever visit to Camelot before the unfortunate end of the theme park arrives.

Very sad (and creepy) seeing Camelot like this, I went years ago with my old school and had some great memories there. In fact, I remember it was only a few weeks before that kid fell off the rotating attraction (which thus started Camelot's death I guess)

Its like half of my life is back there where I had so much fun Its a brilliant place if they had re built some of the rides then it probably wouldn't have closed down lol😞

I was in the playhouse once and I didn't want to go down the slide so a lady had to keep taking me out the fire exit.

Was too expensive. They should have sold free to ride and season tickets. Restaurant should cook fresh food. Should have bigger soft play areas. Free entry for adults. This place should have been thriving.

Great footage, when did you go as you uploaded this video November 2014, a couple of things have changed. When you where filming near the entrance one of the buildings caught fire in august 2014, and the dragon flyer car is currently at Southport pleasure land.

LinkAdams Hi, thanks for the comment!. This video was actually taken on the same day as it was uploaded. The dragon flyer's diesel train is currently in Southport however the track has not yet been moved. Also, there was actually a building that had caught fire near the front of the park however I didn't get any footage of the remains in this visit.

it's mainly used for police raid training now, unfortunate it used to be really good

i was in camelot doin pics on 14/6/15 and some of the wooden walkways were rotten , 1 section of ramp collapsed on me and i put my hand on a nail ...lol
