Hi man, I don't understand the reason for adding the “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” and the “Added to Cart zero times since starting this flow”. Adding the “Place Order zero times since starting this flow” and even a “Has not been in this flow in the last x days” is obvious, but I don't understand why adding the first two.

checkout started 0 times since entering the flows is chosen becuase, if someone did start a checkout , the person would go to the abandoned checkout flow and not the cart abanodened flow. and about the added the cart 0 times also makes no sense for me becuase if someone did not ad to cart, why would he be put it in abondened cart flow

@uwhizzar I agree with you , I also find "Added to Cart 0 times since starting the flow" in the flow filter very strange and hard to understand, so I’m looking for answers in the comments

i got multiple products, do i need to add a snipped to all product pages, or is 1 enough, becuase i added the snippet to only 1 product, and added another product to cart and it didnt trigger it
