Ok with the abandoned series, I want to ask if people will stop getting regular emails campaigns when these abandoned flows are triggered? If no then how can we stop them getting regular email campaigns?

Use segments to include and exclude profiles you don't want to receive a particular campaign

Hey Boyuan. Profile filter means removing/filtering these profiles from the flow. For Abandoned checkout, you have to filter those from the flow who placed an order/makes a purchase at least once since starting this flow. But you are filtering those who placed order zero times since starting this flow? There is a lot of confusion. Kindly reply. or make a separate tutorial on trigger filter, profile filter. etc. Thanks

You are filtering (removing) people who placed orders 0 times (never placed orders) and then send them abandonment flow. Otherwise, there is no sense to send them abandonment flow if they already made a purchase
