Yes, and I do apologize for that. I have since learned to slow down while filming, even I watch my older videos and I get annoyed, so again sorry for that. If I ever go back, I'll be sure to slow down and pan over the headstones more. Thank You for the feedback.

Please consider going back to this site, there were some very interesting graves there. Would you consider including some still shots at the end of the shoot? Wow I have continued to watch at a slower speed, there are some amazing headstones, so grand, would be full of interesting history there.

I just Google Abandoned places near me, and I come across some neat finds. Yes, it is sad, if my relatives were resting here, I would be very upset.

That's why I don't wanna be buried . I wanna be cremated instead. It's cheaper and this land is over populated as it is with graves. I told my daughter to hike the highest mountian and sprinkle my ashes over the land.

I was just at a funeral a couple of days ago, and it was about 14 thousand dollars to bury someone with a ceremony. I always said that I wanted to be buried, but after knowing how expensive it is, I may reconsider. Thank You for your comment. Hope you are enjoying your weekend so far!!

yeah someone posted a youtube video years ago that showed the tree roots got so big it pushed up the coffin. the coffin was pretty much destroyed

Holy cow!! I've seen it where the trees knocked over the headstones, but never saw that it pushed a coffin way up to the surface. That is nuts, I'll have to look for that video. This basically shows you what life would be like if we neglected everything. NATURE would take over. In the Words of Malcolm from Jurassic Park, "Life finds a way"!!!! LOL.

Depending how long the body was dead. The bodies turns into ashes. Takes years for tree roots grow out. So the tree roots, probably went through the casket.

Whilst I agree that it is in a sad state of repair, there is no one there. Most of the bodies (including skeletons ) are gone and decayed. There is nothing left there but the grave stone. Also, Dawn. There is really nothing stopping you from doing the clean up. As a matter of fact, I would think a small township like this would jump on an offer of free volunteer labor.

I was always iffy on whether or not to be cremated or not. On one hand, I would want to be buried to have my own little spot on the Earth, on the other hand, I wouldn't want this to happen to my grave over the next 100 years or so. Great comment!!! Hope you are doing well!!!
