CC will live on forever though those iconic building designs. My childhood location still stands abandoned, albeit with an updated paint job and two different businesses having come and gone since it's closing.

I actually encountered this place while I was practicing my driving. According to Google Maps as well as a picture of this same location from Getty Images, this Circuit City closed sometime between 2002-2007. By 2007, it became a Lucky Magee's, and they closed in 2016. Edit: Based on a Yelp post, this Circuit City closed sometime between 2005-2007.

The Circuit City became an Off-Track betting place called Lucky McGees which was open for a few years. Golf Mill is managed by Sterling Realty which has run the mall into the ground.

Do you know where this was in the golf mill mall? I am thinking it was by the area Xsport, would love to know the exact location. Was it by the Target or Burlington/Kolhs

I'm in Medford oregon and there's still an abandoned circuit city well technically is hasn't always been abandoned after the site closed it was spirit Halloween and then it was a trampoline park but now that has closed and irs abandoned again but it still has the red plug in front so you can tell that it used to be circuit city and right next to it is a former sears which used to be abandoned but will soon host a tjmaxx and a Burlington

It’s definitely been a colder May here in IL! Where exactly is this? By the Golf Mill AMC I’m assuming? I love looking at old Circuit Cities. The one in Rockford is the best looking one
