Gorgeous home. It's so sad that even when something obviously happened to the family, vandals can't be respectful. I raise my kids that visiting these old homes & hospitals is like walking through a graveyard. You can visit but be mindful & respectful. To destroy anything in these houses is the same as desecrating grave. You just don't do it. Period. No matter what the place was, I always find myself hoping those who were intentionally destructive or steal end up earning themselves a "souvenir" they didn't want coming home with them. Like all the tourists who take even 1 small piece of volcanic rock or obsidian end up unleashing Pele's curse. They get so scared when stuff starts happening that mail it back.

The price tags which you saw on items in what you thought was a "shop" were put on those items for an estate sale. It seems that they did not vanish suddenly. They had an estate sale and seemed to have taken the loss of what was left and then moved. The boxed items, etc., were left over from what was not sold at the estate auction. Nice explore.

Good morning from New Mexico. WoW, it appears that the family who lived in this mansion last, could not afford the upkeep. It is in pretty sorry shape. Too bad as we all know it will only continue to deteriorate. Regardless, it "was" a huge roof over the families cabeza's, unlike so many of our brothers and sisters out yonder who are out in the unpredictable elements trying to survive. I've noticed there are a select few abandoned explorers who bother to take a few seconds to close the windows and outer doors in these beautiful pieces of someone's history. By avoiding doing these very simple tasks, you as "lovers" of these abandoned places are allowing the deterioration to progressively worsen more rapidly than it normally would. Unfortunate, for any future explorers, as well. Those opened windows and outer doors also make not only these places very accessible to thieves and vandals who lack morals and values. But, more importantly, it provides entryways for birds, wildlife, and domestic animals that get trapped in these huge places and with no known exit route they end up suffering tragic, senseless deaths. I only wish more explorers kept these important issues in mind and just took the time to be more conscience to prevent these preventable issues from taking place!!! Save the places, the owls, raccoons, cats, dogs, birds, squirrels, etc., the animals and wildlife I have seen lifeless on abandoned series videos. Come on you guys be more thoughtful of the places you explore by simply shutting outer doors and windows. Hey Dave, another great find, however I don't think the family had much money, the furniture and what's been left behind does not look expensive, by the looks of the house it has been falling apart way before they left, too much decay for seven years abandonment. I don’t understand how a whole family can disappear and just leave this place abandoned. The property must be have been a fortune years ago. Why not sell it and recoup your money? Why did they hurry and leave so much personal effects? Are they still alive? Are they still living in Italy? So many questions to answer. Thank you ❤

Some of these houses could be families the parent turned states evidence against someone that they had to change names and locations and leave everything behind to never come back ,I had cleaned a house for a company I worked for in the late 90's,and it looked like family just got up one morning and never came back everything was left behind ,it was full of everybody's stuff ,the kids stuff too,it was a weird feeling there

It's great I did see this house explored before and so many things have been taken. But they said the lady of the house was a famous Opera Singer, no idea about the husband. In the little shop there were the most beautiful green glass bottles near the green glass fish you saw, you would have loved the bottles. I am sure it was a grand house at one time. It has been a mess longer than 7 years - may be why they left. I wouldn't think rich folk would be operating a business out of their home, selling 2nd hand stuff. I kept wondering why the cob webs were blowing in the center of the house. Weird. Hi Dave & 2 Friends, this was from 1 month back now February 18, 2023) Thanks for Showing All of Us this Italy Abandoned Mansion, that was from 2015 only 7 yrs back! It was Christmas time then, & they disappeared! Now when you Explore You should Shut All Windows to Preserve what is Inside! Thank-You for Shutting 1 Window, but there were others!!! All the Rain will Destroy Things! Like when You came to the Hole in the ceiling & rain was dripping on the Photo Albums & soon All the Cassettes, You saw a Empty Chest, I would of put All the Albums & Cassettes in that Empty Chest!! The Family Needs to come back & collect All Photos, Music stuff, Pictures, Dishes, & Furniture before Everything is Ruined! Beautiful Chandeliers, Ceilings, Stain Glass Windows Above the Door, the Wood Doors with Knobs sticking out & Fireplaces! You said you Grew Up in the 80`s & 90`s for All the Rock & Roll Music, that You Love, I Grew Up 50`s & 60`s Rock & Roll Music, that I Love Too!! I am like Your Grandparents to Love... Gone With the Wind Movie!! I Believe Vandalism has tossed many things on the floor, looking for Valuables & the Hair Sticking Out of the Door! I Love the Art Work Murals & I would Never Paint Over It!! Some Family Member could sell many things, that the family started! Awesome tour, thank you for that. That little hammer you found? It looked like a cobbler’s hammer, for tiny tacks in shoe repair. Doesn’t it look like they had some warning and began to pack and then poof, gone. I wish there were laws in place that before a home goes to ruin that it could be salvaged. What a lovely explore I love the incredible wall paintings, I was thinking the same as you that if you were to purchase the house how would you decorate around the artwork! At times around your explore there’s strange “dark” sounds which I had put down to the strong winds but at 37.05 there is the most demonic sound like someone taking their last breath 😮just before this you are in a small room and there’s a metallic sound like a chain falling which you commented on. At 40.40 you as what the 2 wooden items are. I don’t know 100% but think they are possibly something to do with spinning wool . I must admit I shouted at the tv when you came out with the saying “ risk it for a chocolate biscuit “ I haven’t heard that for YEARS - my dad used to say it but I have never heard it from anyone else, so thank you for that and thank you for the video- stay safe xx

Looks like they planned to leave. Took what they wanted, then had an estate sale to sell what they didn’t want. Then started to pack up what didn’t sell. Then vanished have way through the packing. Just ran out of time maybe.
