That's wild of everything that's left behind. When I was in South America the hospital said the equipment came from the US when hospitals upgraded or shutdown because they couldn't afford new stuff there.

It looks to me as if there is is lot of very expensive equipment left behind. It doesn't make any sense, considering Canada's health care system is asking for more funding.
