Ed, use a spray bottle for water to wet the walls, much easier on your back than bending up and down constantly with the brush and bucket. Work smart! It's all looking so good. Louis hats are beautiful too.

Yes agree but one of the best things is a pump spray you use for spraying pesticide etc. it contains around 4 litres approx .

By using a brush he brushes away the surface dust to ensure proper adhesion

A possible idea is to paint the telecom the same colour as the building so it blends in. Like your neighbors down pipe on the left.

The Graffiti on the City Power Junction box is driving me crazy... yes, it is the city's responsibility... but when we lived in city with similar situation, we just bought several spray cans of the box color and immediately covered up the "tags" if covered quickly, the taggers learn it is a waste of their effort and move on.

They hydrangeas, hollyhocks were beautiful. The outside of your building is looking really nice…our town has those utility boxes almost at every corner, a couple of years ago they ordered these plastic kind of covers with different scenes, and they really look nice.
