You'll have other, unwanted, evil entities try to trick you and they actually have the knowledge/the answer for "what's his mom's name?" When you ask questions like that, about dead people, it's the perfect opportunity for the CRUEL ONES to come for you and impersonate your family member.

Loved the night at radcliffe manor exploration, just a few pointers for next time. Spirits can be easily confused when asked to do too many things at once or asked too many questions fired at them.
