Kevin - I was born in '75 and I had the talking Big Bird. Did you find the year of production for sure? I notice you had '86 in the post you showed. My favorite had to be the coverlet with Booboo, Pebbles and BamBam. My dogs were named Pebbles and BamBam, sadly Pebbles, a shih tzu, passed last year at 15.5 yrs. But BamBam heard you say his name and his head shot up like who's saying my name? It was really cute. Loved this video because I enjoy looking through these kind of properties. At my booth I got 15,00 for the orange tupperware spoon set and 25.00 for the matching measuring cup set. Crazy what people like. Yeah resellers!!!!!!

You could spend days in there mining for gold. I remember stumbling on old abandoned houses like this when I was a kid in the early 80s. I remember one time capsule house that was boarded up in 1951, EVERYTHING was still there like they were still living there. I took a wall calender and a penknife only. Those places don't exist in the UK anymore.

I suspect there were some really good vintage electronics in the house. Lack of experience with this type of merchandise may have hurt you a little there, as there are things that look like old junk that have high value. The stuff in houses like that is usually just thrown in a giant dumpster, so you might as well take whatever you can.
