When my kids were real young, I had 4 boys, we lived in this huge 20 room old house. I don't know all the history of it but at one point it was the community hospital. The livingroom was always cold and we'd often see a lady go up and down the stairs but only from her knees up. we were told the stairs has been replaced and were up a bit higher than the older ones. Lotsa stuff happened in that place but what I was getting at was that we learned real quick to get extra keys made because our keys would go missing for 3 days. Didn't matter where you left them either. After the 3 days when we thought we'd looked absolutely everywhere, we'd find them in our jacket pockets where we had checked a million times before lol Always 3 days and always back in the pocket. That place was so strange. Lotsa stuff happened there, nothing bad though, just frustrating.

+clare dyson I know right? It's a beautiful house and it really is a shame to let beautiful old houses like that rot. I didn't think the house was creepy, and it's not haunted, since ghosts don't exist. The only thing creepy I saw were the dolls (which are creepy anyway, wherever they are. Those dolls moved because someone, likely a person accompanying them, put the dolls where they were to make it seem like they were moving around). That piano and some of the antique furniture in the house would come home with me. You would think a big mansion like that would have a full attic. That staircase probably led to a door to a bigger attic.

Jon this is by far the best explore I have watched...when the doll was moved to the doorway you all didn't even notice the trophy was knocked over..I think if it was someone or kids you would have heard them walking around moving everything..great job I want to see more like this...I have watched some other peoples channels that explore creepy haunted places but you can tell its fake..but you are all truth, straight up and no unhonesty about your exploring..that was awesome..I so want to do what you do but my husband wouldn't support it and would make fun of me..But if I was exploring a haunted place and there were clown dolls in there I would freak the $%@& out and run TERRIFIED OF CLOWNS ...your channel is 100% legit and awesome keeps getting better and better....I always look forward to your videos and live streams..you and Heather are hilarious...I am a huge fan. I think that if anyone else had been in the house while you were there, you would have at the very least heard the floors or the steps creaking as they moved around since they would have had to go to both floors to manipulate those dolls.

The Mansion pictured on the front is the McPike Mansion in Alton, Illinois. It's not the actual house they were walking in. BTW when they came out of the basement the trophy was laying down, it was standing before they went down.

I'm pausing the video to let you know that "the stairs to nowhere" really do go somewhere. The house that my mother grew up in had "stairs to nowhere" too, but then I found out as I got older that there's a door or sorts that has to be pushed up and over to allow entrance to the upstairs section. It's where a couple more bedrooms were in Mother's house. It was really cool going up there and imagining her as a little girl with the heated irons at the foot of each bed for warmth. Loving this house y'all are going through!

Hi Jon, the fuzzy wallpaper is known as flock and was very common in the more expensive houses back in the day. 3 minutes 23 seconds in the date of the book is on the front of the book 1968. That is one very creepy house, I'm not surprised people don't want to live there lol. Great video Jon. Thank-you xx

Sometimes dolls can become containers for the dead. I’m practicing sculpting to make ball joint dolls. They aren’t baby dolls and are very beautiful works of art. Some are extremely life like. I’ve found that a lot of people are creeped out by dolls. 😁

I watched the day time video and the doll that was on the mantle was down in the basement on that video. So take that for what's it's worth. Someone could have moved it up there but it seems to me that someone may have been messing with you. I am a firm believer in paranormal stuff but it could go either way. Glad I found your videos.

I don't know if this was mentioned because I didn't read through all 475 comments, but the very first thing that I saw when y'all were coming up from the basement was the trophy was no longer standing up, it was laying down, then you see the doll sitting up and in front of the door. I double checked before you went in the basement and it's definitely standing up. Also, if there was someone moving around upstairs, those floors are really loud, you all would've heard someone walking around on it.

What a beautiful old house. Sometimes I think that with all the abandoned houses in the world that there shouldn't be so many homeless people. Wish that these homes would have been repaired or that there was some type of government funding for their upkeep because they really are a part of our history. I live in an historic home, and I hated that all the beautiful fireplaces were bricked up! The mantels are original and the woodwork, but everything else was redone.

Hi. What an incredible mansion. Too bad it's being left to rot. I am guessing that those stairs to nowhere, used to lead to seevants' quarters at one time, that was sealed up for some reason. Could you see where they used to open up to, in any upstairs rooms?

10:36 there's an orb from the left going toward the bear but made a left turn instead. To what I know when your camera starts to get blurry with no apparent reason that's when there's something close to it or around you .... and try not to touch any doll ( doll was first created to trap/hold lost soul/spirit ) especially left behind in an abandoned places

1:58 you hear a faint go after you stop talking. 3:57 something is looking in the window at you next to white fire place. 14:28 you can see the wee girl in the white dress a wee bit in your video but if you go to James channel you see her much clearer. 15:47 the doll wasnt there also the white thing outside the window is gone too.
