Hello Shawn!! What a surprise when I found your video. El Cabezo, which is where all that development was taking place belonged to my family in Aledo before it was sold to a single buyer who later on sold it for I believe 3 million euros. The new investors were English. All the investment was seized and lots of people were affected.

Thanks Shaun, I think that it is the unfinished project of Monte Aledo Resort. The builder had serious legal problems. Those were very crazy and corrupt years in Spain. Keep safe and healthy in this strange storm. See you

I remember seeing it advertised in a Spanish property magazine. It was supposed to be like Center Parc. I thought at the time it looked very ambitious and wondered if they would every pull it off. Clearly not! I don't think I have the magazine any more as we decided on Camposol in the end. Just as well as that Aledo one never got off the ground.

Thank you Fiona, my Spanish friend gave me the name and after doing some recent research it was a bit too ambitious with 5,000 villas and like you said something like a Center Parc complex. Thankfully the local council kicked it out manly to do with water! Many thanks for watching and stay safe :)
