Abandoned Office Space Building in Rooksley-Milton Keynes (England)

One more abandon video before 2019 ends.
I spot this abandon place on Google Map Randomly and made my plans to go and check it out and film the area. I had a look the first time in advance and couldn't film because there were other Guys doing all sorts and hanging around.
Anyway, this Office Space has been left for like Decay's so it could be more then 10 years old. This Building was on the Market to be rented out but no one wanted to so they shut it down. A KZbinr called "ADR-Richard" told me it was a "Ex- Martela PLC Building" and that it was up for rent but nobody wanted to rent it. It's also a known location for people to do Drugs, Sell Drugs, and smoke Weed A LOT.
Some Film Clips you can't hear me well due to the Strong Winds blowing.
I also give credit in this Description bit to "ADR-Richard" for telling me what this place use to be because I could not get any information of the place myself. Thank you ADR-Richard.

(IMPORTANT MESSAGE): I NEVER break or SMASH anything to gain entry. Nor do I Vandalize these place's I visit. I only use Access Points available to me and if there is no way in, then I simply leave.
I also NEVER take anything from either inside or outside the Building. My only purpose is to Film and take Photo's before the landmark is turned into House's, other Businesses, or Demolished.

ever had a look in Wolverton train works in Wolverton? :) I would honestly recommend it tbh. Been looking to see if there's anybody who owns the place that can somewhat give a guided tour. It's electric-fenced off anyways. :/

Yes I have. I've tried before years ago, it's pretty much guarded and it's still owned by St Modwen. I was told a rumor that there is a screat tunnel entrace that leads directly inside the Wolverton Works but I could not find it. Either there is not enough info or it's just made up. The only other few ways to get in is by crossing the Canal and through one of the open gaps. But who would help you? Or do you own something like a Boat to help you cross.

@@heartlessangel96 True. Could easily ask one of the people who own the canal boats to hop across the water and onto the other side. Would be a great exploration. :) Do you know if the office space is still standing 'til this day?

@@RedCrayZGamer But who would help you with that? It be strange enough to them why you want to cross over without having to explain your reasons. Be much easier if you knew someone who has a Boat or grab one for yourself or make a Raft of your own. Yes it's still standing. It's so out of place from everything that the Council has not done anything. There too busy with other plan's.

It is easy to miss it with buildings all around. Sometimes takes a really good look til you notice there is a Building that's been left to rot.

I found this place by random chance on Google Maps. Sometimes when I'm browsing Google Maps to look at a Country, City, or a Location I have a little closer at the place/location. I then research on Google then I head to the location to see if it's still there cause Google Maps is not always correct.

Go downtown and head to the far right pass the "Network Rail" Building til you see the Roundabout and other shops like "Smyths Toy Store", "Poundland" and "Hobbycraft". Follow the Pathway up while opposite "Bradwell Common" til you come across "Precedent Drive". Turn left and head straight down and you'll see it on your right.
