Awesome location! And good interaction with a local..."I'm just here to film this building, I'm not going to bother you..." I haven't encountered any homeless inhabitants in the places I've explored yet, but if & when I do, I hope to handle it the same way you guys did

There have been a few places we've passed on, hamless homeless people and dangerous criminals that happen to be homeless are two different things 😆

Those ladders looked like sketch city!! Love how the metal patinas in these old buildings.

The ladders were decent compared to the stairs 😐 looked back at the building and couldn't believe I went up there 🤣

I feel the same way about homeless ppl,I live in a big city so going into places I encounter all the time and most of them are friendly and wanna talk like that old guy or they are just like whatever and leave me alone. Anyways, that's a neat old place would be cool if any photos exist of his place with it was open. Great vid as always .

We're from the city too, it can go ether way haha. We did a little digging online and didn't come up with anything 🤷♂️ you'd think at least someone would've cared enough about their towns history to have some info on a cool wild west looking building. We should have asked it's resident more questions!
