Peat Island, the land between the island and the M1 and quite a bit of land east of the M1 is owned by the State Government who are about to finalise their development proposals to Central Coast Council. Can be seen from a distance when driving north across the M1 bridge and looking North / West. It is adjacent to the village of Mooney Mooney. Can I just say I have been there before. At night and inside is very different to what u expect. Looks like they left in a hurry and the mental ward has glass thicker then any glass u will see these days. It was thicker then the palm of my hand. 100% want to go again but with the security camera and the village thing next to it. It is very hard to get access without getting noticed.
