I see the comments below saying this is/was the Red Carpet Inn. If it's at the end of rt99, on the right side, that's it. The Owens, the white farmhouse to the left was owned along with quite a bit of land. They raised Black Angus, I believe. great folks. The Red Carpet Inn opened to great hoopla around 1972 or 73. Great steaks, prime rib....After about 5 years, it started sliding down hill. Cheap rooms, monthly rent rooms, etc. Another landmark in Pulaski gone to dust.

great video I always wondered what was in that building I always think about that place when going past it on the interstate because me and my grandfather broke down there one time, I just couldn't stop staring at it especially the old gas station beside of it. They just looked so eerie and unpleasant both abandoned and untaken care of.

My Grandmother was involved in a murder that took place there. So Crazy, I lived around there on and off but never took the time to actually check it out. My older cousin also worked there in the 90s before they closed down.

Used to be a restaurant bar beside it , used to go there and dance on Sat. nights back in the 90s. One of the places I worked at had a Xmas party there too.

Yes, there used to be a pool beside the hotel..up the stairs used to be a restaurant/lounge that has fallen in over the years. The pool was covered over while the hotel was still in operation

Me and my kids explored it about 2 months ago. You can see first hand what a bunch of thugs can do to a place in no time. Theres still some of the big mirrors in the bathrooms that managed to not get broken. #score ;) and some of the nice wooden, cushioned chairs that sat in the rooms at the table are still like new. What a waste.. other than that it looks like everyone just left one day and gave thug looters their field day of breaking things.
