So many stories hidden in that cemetary. Would be a great challenge to research some of those lives.

Be interesting to know the route of the coffin road to that cemetery, would be big stones along the way to rest the coffin, which was often carried. The favoured staff from the big house of the estate were sometimes buried there too.

That's a hag stone hanging in the tree. Looking through the hole is like scrying into a crystal ball. They're also used for repelling negative energies. And the hole is formed naturally from being in the river water

No. They are symbols known as Memento Mori which is the Latin "remember you need to die". Just a reminder of mortality.
