Both houses are wonderful. The first one would make a dream mini farm. And those fireplaces! It's spacious, and it looks like a very comfortable living home. The second one is sooooo charming. I can picture it restored and painted yellow again. Too bad about the cave in. I hope someone rescues them both.

It's extremely gorgeous..every little detail.. staircase is beautiful and doesn't have to be fancy designed..it kinda looks like a second empire style house.. and I love those.. sure is huge n still very nice inside.. fireplaces add more character to ole Victorian Era.. would make a lovely B&B.. I think..or some kind of small business using one of the rooms, selling homemade candles, candies,etc...thank u for sharing..

The first house and it's property was maintained. The floors were in really good condition. The story it tells, is someone with heart that liked old home wanted to restore it and started to, found out it takes money time hard work got overwhelmed and walked away. The second house is lost in the portals of ruin and decay.... and that just sad😂😂 as always the video was great. Love your work. Thanks for sharing

I think the first house tells the story of what happened with the wheelchair sitting in the living room. Hopefully someone will purchase the home and enjoy it again. The second home is in rough shape but I thought it still had so many nice features like the curved doorways, the pocket doors, and the big front porch. Take care and have a good week!
