ABANDONED worst smelly pub explore - abandoned places uk

we explore a abandoned 1856 Victorian pub, due to covid the pub struggled and closed down. history dates back and the pub was used for local factory workers back in the day. the pub became abandoned with antiques inside but sadly they all had gone. the council did want to turn the pub into apartments but sadly work was never carried out. the pub stands derelict leaving a right health hazard smell inside!

Would of tried to close every fire exit myself to stop anyone getting in as easy shame because kids these days don’t have a clue about the victorian architecture and once it’s gone it’s gone forever sadly

Opposite the WMAS headquarters in Brierley Hill all of that area would have been the Round Oak Steel works

​@@urbexadventures2044Yeah only ever been once maybe more my parents ran pubs around Dudley, I live not far from where the James Bridge Copper Works, FH Lloyd's and Patent Shaft all were. Also Rubery Owen and Garringtons were in my town. We had a Grade Listed pub I think yeah it's long gone now

@@urbexadventures2044 I live in Darlaston so yeah The Boat Pub was historic that's gone. In Darlaston alone I can name you a list of Pubs I remember open that are gone or were open when I was young kid or the area that I grew up in of Moxley and Darlaston and it is probably 7 or 8 maybe more as I said I have moved around but since moving back to Darlaston 5 have closed down including one by my house. There is 9 or 10 in total but they were In Bilston or Wednesbury but just across the Walsall Sandwell Boundary so yeah. Walsall itself where I used to live lost 3 historic Buildings when I lived there, Shannon's Mill by the big Asda, Jabez Cliff on the Ring road passing Walsall College and one I did pass on my way to and from Primary School it may have been torched when we moved to Darlaston but the bus still past it BOAK if you ever caught the train it had the Tower just before The Station, two more in the same area as the BOAK building have gone, 1 I can't remember the name of but was behind it and the other one was Boat House or something the one next to the Flats by the canal the building the other side of those flats was also torched. I'm lucky there is still a few pubs in Darlaston to drink in now i'm 20 and 1 on the border with Wednesbury, and the biggest victim of arson in our town although the Club had folded and the phoenix club had moved down the road to Bentley I have to walk past the former Rubery Owen and Boat Pub sites to get to them was the Football Ground famous for having a Sloped pitch. Tbh the stadium was in disrepair and we couldn't have played there anymore in out current league due to the pitch, but the stand which was wooden, Charging Rooms, Bar and other things were torched and demolished. As I say there wasn't much use for it anymore. The only thing the new Darlaston should get from there is the Gates that say DTFC on them. If you have driven down The Black Country New Road there is an Island called the Patent Shaft Island the works would have started thefe and the gates I believe are in the middle of the Island. The latter two fires in Walsall were a few years ago

Wat a shame it must of been a bissy pub back in the day looks massive old place it's good it's listed building so it won't get demolished (long as it doesn't get set on fire) 🤬 you two nearby made me sick 🤮 but looks like its been trashed and vandalised and been stuff been nicked the place will make some nice flats as i bet thats wat will happen good explore but brave with that smell 😂🤣
