You have such beautiful soil there. Rich dark loam. I deal with mostly orange clay. It's horrible. I love how the birds are right there helping to clean the grubs out of the ground. Amazing property.

What a beautiful spot you live in the ground looks so fertile are used to plant a large vegetable garden, potatoes, corn, squash, broccoli, cauliflower tomatoes, and my wife and I can a lot of stuff potatoes. You can keep all year if you storm in a cool place my kids are grown now and my wife passed down 12 years ago, so I don’t plan a garden anymore just for one old man but I did enjoy it and the fresh vegetables with no preservatives was great. Love your show. Looking forward to seeing what Alex goes with that fireplace.❤

What an incredible undertaking. Throughout the video I marveled at the videography, choice of music, but I was so impressed by your collective determination, stamina, willingness to take on new projects whether known or not. I shake my head in honor of you two ladies. Bravo! On a side note I’d like to share that as hard as you worked on that ground, the rocks seem to grow back. We’ve had gardens and have worked the soil for over 40 years and the rocks seem to regrow each year. Beautiful!

Truly inspiring and strangely calming, I actually sighed with well being at the end helped, no doubt in part to the beautiful final music. Adore seeing the shwoos and chickens living their best lives even to annoying poor busoms ( my apologies if I have her name wrong) Watching you work so hard digging and removing huge stones brings into stark relief that I am hugely handicaped at the moment after doing my back in last week and still can barely sit or lay down at the moment.
