With regards and respect to your service In ABB inverter model ACS580 we have error 6581 During continuous operation, it gives this error every three hours, and in case of fault, the inverter is turned off. please guide me Of course, it goes without saying that we have also done a factory reset Thank you

Have u connected the motor sensor to the vfd? If yes the motor temperature rises. Check motor temperature if ok then sensor of ur motor is faulty disconnect that or replace

Its AHUnit that we want to commission and the motor is not even hot.

Check parameter 35.11 if any source is selected by mistake

I'd run fault is not causing vfd to trip just check the parameters in group 99 feed the motor nominal values correctly
