My fav song from The Visitors! It is also a song about forgiveness, they after all got along in the studio and made this creative and beautiful album. It is not a album full of smash hits and fun. It is subdued, poetic (I Let The Music Speak, Like An Angel Passing Through My Room), thoughtful and honest. The melodies here are very strong and it is a mature beautiful album.

This is like Frida's 'The Winner takes it all'. 😀

But extremely different. Serene where the other is bitter. "Thanks for all your generous love." Try to fit that into The Winner Takes It All.

Amazing song from an incredible album, for me "The Visitors" and "The Album" are their masterpieces

Imo Both these albums are in a similar sophisticated field, yet The Visitors a little darker and more mature.

Hello again dear friends nice to see you with more ABBA songs 😮 "When all is said and done" (1981) It's a very good song (8 points) which is part of the album "Los Visitantes" and was released as a single in the US, not the UK. Frida has the lead voice and she sings it with a lot of energy and power, to which the blonde Agnetha joins in some verses and choruses, it is fantastic The official video shows the four members of ABBA in separate waves. It's time for Frida and Benny's divorce. (as many said, it is a song inspired by both) and remember that Agnetha & Björn separated more than two years ago (curious, I think Agnetha looks sadder in her eyes and facial expressions) ABBA is a specialist in breakup songs, and in combining sad lyrics with catchy melodies. and this is one of the last, before their breakup as a group for almost 40 years Two more facts This is one of the songs that ABBA also recorded in Spanish and with an official video: "No hay a quien culpar" and in this unexpected and extraordinary return of ABBA, this is one of the 20 songs included in the Setlist of the new Voyage Concerts performed by the ABBAtars (and a live band) every day from May 2022 I wish you a good week Best regards from Buenos Aires, Argentina South America

ABBA's 14th and final Top 40 hit in the U.S. Not released as a single in the European territories. ABBA were no longer 2 couples, so the music and lyrics were a bit heavier than in their early days. They even dealt with the somber subject of nuclear war, also from the same album "The Visitors", with the song titled, "Soldiers".

I was quite surprised to hear Abba say 'sex' in a song. No idea why lol.

I do think this was there last great 'pop' song recording. Every element came together in music, lyric and vocal. Other tracks on the album were of different styles and more solo focused on the one singer than the girls together. This one was for me their last great group 'all together' pop song.

Great song. Probably their last big hit. That green dress Frida was wearing, she found it in a thrift shop and altered and decorated it herself. She loves clothes and went to design school in Stockholm for a back up career. She is a trained seamstress and master knitter that often made her own clothes and designned and made many of ABBAs costumes especially in the beginning when they didn't have much money.
