It does, they were timeless. I think the evidence was how Australians fell in love with ABBA and continued the legacy long after their heydey and the band was no more. That's what led to Mamma Mia decades later in 2008. It's rare for a band to have such a lasting legacy and see a revival of their music decades later.

Still one of my favourite ABBA songs, I still have the LP. Met them when I was 13 when they toured Australia in 1977. Beautiful, humble people who took time to sign autographs and pose for photos with the fans outside the hotel they were staying at.

I should have also noted my late Dad was so besotted with Agnetha. We still have his ABBA DVD. However my Mum was/is a ringer for Frida in the 70s and further. I’ve seen the photos 🤷‍♀️. Plus lucky her got to see them in 1977 at the Sidney Myer music bowl here in Melbourne Australia. She and her best friend made and sewed their own dresses to look like the ones from the So Long film clip.
