ABBA's Reunions

I wanted to do something to commemorate all of ABBA's recent reunions from over the last couple of years. I remember the pre-2016 world, when the only time we had seen all four ABBA members standing together, side by side, was their performance of Tivedshambo in 1986. From that point onwards, they rarely if ever appeared at a public event, all four of them together with no one standing in between (The Mamma Mia! the Movie premiere in 2008 doesn't count because all four ABBA members never stood together SIDE BY SIDE, so although they were, all four of them, standing on the balcony, they were dispersed between the actors, so yeah, it doesn't count), until that fateful day on January 20th, 2016, when all four ABBA members attended the premiere of Mamma Mia! the Party, and what a fantastic day that was. Then, just a few months later, it happened again at Bjorn and Benny's 50th anniversary celebration. Little did we know, that one year later, the four of them began working on two new songs for their upcoming digital avatar project, which ultimately led to the recording of more songs, which eventually became a whole new album. And of course, all four members were together every day working on the motion capture for ABBA Voyage. Then, in 2022, they all attended the premiere of ABBA Voyage, and now, just over a week ago, Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny, and Frida attended the ceremony of Order of the Vasa, where the four of them were honored with the royal order.
I feel so fortunate to have been here to witness so many reunions, something that 10 years ago I never would have thought would ever happen. And of course, being witness to a whole new album as well!
Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny, and Frida have given us so much more than I could have possibly imagined, and I'll always be so grateful for that. Thank you ABBA, thank you for the music, and thank you for everything.

Very beautiful video! But there was another public appearance together: in 2008 at the film premiere of “Mamma Mia” in Stockholm.

0:06 Tiveds Hambo Yes i was aware of this rare footage.As for the 2008 MM premier, we all waited to see them pose side by side ,that magical icon of 'ABBA' all 4 together.But it was still the time they didn't want to be ABBA anymore until 2017-2022(VOYAGE recordings/era/May '22 premiere)that everything had changed.THAT was the time that they consciously all 4 wanted to be again the ones that we had adored and just couldn't forget.Our 'ABBA'.

Or more specifically, no public reunions. I am sure maybe all four of them came to the offices to discuss music and releasing certain songs or agreeing to allow to be on certain movies
