In 1991,When my oldest daughter and her younger brother came home excited that they had heard a song at a friend's house from a group "called Abber or something like that" I pulled out my "ABBA's Greatest Hits" record. They went crazy!! We all sat and listened to the whole album together. What a great bonding experience!! For weeks they played it over and over!😃🥰

I was a senior in high school when this came out. While I was more of a straight-ahead rock fan at the time, there was no denying how infectious the melody was and how awesome the harmonies were. I knew you would like those two things about it too, and the overall playfulness of it. I really enjoy music from back then more than now. Majority of people these days use auto tune rather than take singing classes, use the computer to play "instruments" rather than learning how to play one. Most "music" these days is just trash and sounds the same.
