I took the leap last month to offer a local small clinic VA services and the functional medicine doctor hired me so figuring this out as I go! thanks for all your great advice! I keep telling myself I don't have to know everything yet am able to learn anything and it helps alleviate ALOT of the overachiever/perfectionista mindset in me lol
