For the project planner, you could use a blank hobonichi notebook a6. Essentially, it's already what you're using, minus the monthly pages...

Hi Abbey! I had been using for planning an A6 Hobonichi Techo for 4-1/2 years. In July I gravitated back to my Travelers Journal. It is Regular size and provides the space I need to track my fairly simple schedule (72 and retired) and my 2 granddaughters and their mom. I watch the little one while mom works, and the older is homeschooled which is a big deal to track her schedule. I also have a separate insert to track things I do for my health. In addition I have a Plotter (A5) that I use to plot out art projects, make various lists, you name it. Like you I absolutely love my Plotter.

Love this video❤ I will be using the Aura Estelle Catch All A6, in 2025, as it worked for me this year. I will also be using the Traveler's Notebook Standard DiaryHorizontall for my Gratitude Journal. Keeping it simple in 2025.

I really like your highlights journal because I always struggle with too many themed inserts that might be too specific 😅 I think besides chronological memory keeping it is also nice to have something really general/anything/overflow! Thanks for sharing peeks into your books ❤

Enjoyed your planner and journal update. Next year, I will be using the A5 weekly vertical common planner from Sterling Ink, for both planning and journaling. I like the idea of an all in one system, but the flexibility of the undated daily pages that she offers, in case I miss a day. I also discovered I like the 12 month diary from Midori. I started using it in April as a way of highlighting events and important things I want to remember.

An A5 Plotter actually gave me more space to make messy notes as needed! I currently use a Bible size because I travel for work regularly, but I found myself using more sticky notes to do a first draft before moving it into my “official” workspace in the plotter. I’m torn on whether I’ll be using Bible or A5 next year.

Such an inspiring video as always Abbey! I used hobonichi cousin this year and I really love having daily pages but my handwriting is very small. So I'll be using hobonichi original next year and of course seeing you using it perfectly made me even more excited to use it myself.

Fully influenced now to buy a plotter for work😂. This is the system that has been missing from my 9-5!

Love the passport size! My EDC is passport so I am always looking for ideas for the smaller format.

Also, discovered the Plotter this year but restricted myself to the Mini 5 because of its affordability and portability and intend to use it in 2025 just for notes and thoughts whenI’m out and about. However, I became intrigued with the new Filofax system which incorporates an app that allows you by way of a QR code to scan entries from my iPhone and transfer to the planner because I cannot quite let go of my dependence on my digital calendars etc and go full boar analogue with my planner as much as I want to. I ordered the Personal size and customized my inserts which is a fabulous feature. The Travelers TN is my go to for all big trips and the Passport size for short trips. The annual Daily Vertical Travelers is my go to not so much for daily journaling as it is for ephemera but it corresponds with my Hobonichi A6 which is my standard not so much for daily journaling. I am going to experiment with Weeks and Hon and A5 sizes this year s well, mostly because I am addicted ton the Hobonichi covers. I was really interested to see your media journal as belong to several book clubs and have just begun to use the Everyday Explorers Memory Journal, the format for which is great for me since I do not use it to write so much about each book as opposed to keeping a record of what I’ve read with a brief notation about genre and plot and can fit 4 titles on a page with a photo of each cover.

I am sooo glad I started a reading journal too! I could only wish I did it way back, I already read lots of books but haven't journaled about them. Would you be open to the idea of still journaling about the books you read say, from 3-4 years ago?
