Leave in and butter. Camille rose curlaide or butter gel are great for twist out. I use Giovanni leave in and then layer on one of those butters on top.

After I wash and condition my hair I use a leave in conditioner for my twist out (nothing else). I use Giovanni shampoo (moist) and leave in conditioner. When I take my twist out I rub my hands with Jojoba oil. It comes out great. Try it. Sometimes you do not need all the butters and creams. Just saying.😊

I used the Camille Rose curl smoother and Camille Rose almond jai twisting butter, for twists, and they held for more than a week. They didn't unravel and when I took them out, the definition 👀 like finger coils and I used gel.

Your twists look great! Try camille Rose naturals Jai twisting butter. I had great results with that. I have thick tight curly hair n it doesn't leave residue and a little goes a long way. Be blessed and safe !
