Abbington accuses BBC of turning ‘blind eye’ to Giovanni’s alleged behaviour on Strictly

The politician who led a parliamentary inquiry into reality TV told us the BBC had failed to adhere to its own duty of care policies. Damian Collins was referring to comments made on this programme last night by Amanda Abbington about her treatment on Strictly Come Dancing.

The actor called her Strictly rehearsal room a 'toxic environment', and accused the BBC of not nipping in the bud the alleged behaviour of her dance partner Giovanni Pernice.

I don't find Amanda believable, I think she just wants attention and a large payout. I do believe Zara McDermott though....The way Amanda is conducting herself, releasing information in dribs and drabs and now coming up with new stuff not even in the original complaint shows she is self serving, and complaining about a bruised toe!! FFS!!!!
