@ccutehoney She realized that while it was a great opportunity she wanted to make a greater impact on the students. That’s why most teachers stay. Sometimes moving up becomes less and less about the students and more about the “district. And tbh this fellowship was the realism she needed to become a better teacher.

I don't get the grudge, she told them from the moment they asked her to work there for a short time that she wanted to stay teaching at the school, they kept pushing until they almost had her there full-time knowing that wasn't what she wanted. But Warren never liked her so...
